Data we collect
This site collects personal data only through the contact form: surname, first name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your preferred dates and number of guests, the type of occasion, and the content of your message.
Purpose
This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. It is never sold, used for advertising, or used for cold outreach.
Processor
Form messages are delivered by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), an email delivery provider acting as our processor. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.
Retention
Messages are kept in our mailbox for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Enquiries that led to a booking are kept for as long as our accounting obligations require.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Our audience measurement is anonymous and cookie-free, which is why you see no consent banner.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to us through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
